OUR WORK AND YOUR RESULTS

Sort This provides services to meet your needs as outlined in our initial discussion, consultations and correspondence. We make every effort to manage our client’s expectations. Results depend on acceptance and implementation of recommendations and your cooperation; otherwise, results may not be in accordance with initial expectations.

RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to withdraw from a project at any time if the project involves perceived unsafe working conditions, if clients are in breach of their agreement with us, or if we cannot render the services requested by clients through no fault of our own.

EXCLUSIONS

You are responsible for all rubbish disposals unless alternate arrangements have been made. Any items that are to be sold or donated are the client’s responsibility. Sort This is aligned with a number of charities and agrees to remove size appropriate donations to be donated on your behalf. Sort This may recommend that you seek input from third parties (e.g. tradespeople) but payment of third parties is your responsibility. Sort This is not responsible for any work completed by third parties.

QUOTATIONS

Any quotations for services are valid for 3 months from the date provided.

REQUIRED DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Sort This will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Please call, email or message Sort This to secure the date and time of your session.
Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours of a practical session will be invoiced to you at 50% of the full rate for that session and forfeiture of any deposit that has been paid.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Given the sensitive nature of the work we do and the high level of trust it requires our clients to place in us. Clients can be assured of absolute privacy and confidentiality when working with us. Your personal information will never be sold or distributed.

PAYMENT POLICY

We ask that all clients who purchase a package with us pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% fee for our services (and any costs associated to products) will be issued as an invoice which is due within 30 days of the completion of the job. Please note that no products will be used without your consent.
If the total cost of our products and services is $750 or less, full payment is due on the day the job is
completed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

By Phone Payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) can be made by phone by calling 0402 794 516. All payments made via credit card attract a 2% surcharge.
 

In Person

 

Payment can be made in person on the date the session or contract is completed.

Payment can be made via cash payment or by credit card (Mastercard or Visa).  All payments made via credit card attract a 2% surcharge.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Sort This takes its potential liability very seriously. We have insurance to cover our services and our staff. We
always take every reasonable precaution when handling a client’s furnishings and accessories. While we have
not broken or damaged anything in the past, we recognise that it is possible that items may be damaged or
broken during the course of our work.

We hereby request that clients sign a Waiver of Liability prior to the commencement of our services and that this
waiver applies to all subsequent sessions with the same client. We appreciate your understanding and
cooperation.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND TESTIMONIALS

Clients give us permission to use, without remuneration, testimonials they provide and before & after pictures,
in our marketing materials, which may include print and online advertising. Please advise us if you do not
consent to us taking before and after photos. If we do use images we will ensure that no identifying details
such as your name or address will be used. We warrant that at no time will your testimonial, pictures or name
be used to promote unlawful or morally objectionable activities including (but not limited to): sending
unsolicited email; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm or abuse third parties; or for a crime of any
kind.
